Hope Air is a national Canadian nonprofit organization that, for 25 years, has provided transportation for people who can't afford to travel for the health care they need.
Hope Air needed a way to bring attention to their services, as well as to showcase their legacy and inspire people to donate and share the message.
The big question was: How do you boil 25 years of history and success into an engaging experience that will be entertaining and informative at the same time?
Very early on we decided the solution was a one-page microsite with a built-in timeline. The timeline would take the user across Canada from the west to the east, Along the way there would be different kinds of interactions, fun facts and videos to engage the audience. On key points during the visit, the user was presented with different call-to-actions, telling them how they could donate, submit testimonials or volunteer.
